RETURNS: Due to the perishable nature of our products, Party Pastries Macarons does not accept returns. There are no returns or exchanges.
IF you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us WITHIN TWO DAYS of when the package was received and provide a photo and detailed description of issue. We will make every effort to make sure you are happy with your Party Pastries Macarons experience.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: Orders may be cancelled or modifyed within two business days of the shipping date or pick-up date. For order cancellation or modification requests, please email: info@partypastries.co.nz as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, such requests may not be possible due to order processing schedule.
REFUND: All payments made are non-refundable unless a delivery/shipping order is not completed, and it is proven to be the direct cause of a Party Pastries Macarons misaction.
