What couries do you use and wha days do you ship?

We use NZ COURIERS overnight delivery.

We only ship macarons on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to aviod weekend overlays. All orders placed after 12:00 pm on from Thursday to Sunday will be shipped out on the following Monday. Due to the perishable nature of French macarons. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

For any large orders, please order in advance to give us time to plan our kitchen schedule. Thank you!

What if the macarons arrive damaged?

Our macarons are carefully packaged to ensure the quality and freshness of our product. However, because of the fragile nature of French macarons, some breakage may occur during transit and we have no control over how NZ COURIERS handle the boxes. This will not affect the taste and quality of Party Pastries Macarons. Please email us with a picture if it's completely damaged. We want you to  be happy and have the best macaron tasting experience.

What to do when the macarons arrive and how long do they last?

For the best experience, please place the macarons in the fridge upon arrival for 5 - 8 minutes. Then take the macarons out from the frige and let them reach room temperature for about 3 minutes. Now you are ready to indulge in the most scrumptions macarons! Make sure the macarons are stored in the fridge if you do not finish them in one sitting. They can be refrigerated for up to a week or kept in an air-tight container in the freezer for a month.

What is a French macaron? and are they handmade and gluten free?

A French macaron is a sweet meringue-based pastry made with egg whites, regular and icing sugar, and almond powder. Party Pastries Macarons are traditionally gluten free and are filled a chocolate ganache, which is usually chocolate or buttercream. Party Pastries Macarons are all handmade with love, so macaron sizes may slightly vary.
